Privacy notice
This notice explains how we handle personal data when you visit rawden.tech or contact us. It was last updated on 6 November 2026.
Who we are
This website is run by Oliver Rawden, trading as Rawden Technologies, who is the controller of the personal data described here. You can contact us at contact@rawden.tech.
What we collect and why
- When you email us: your name, email address, anything you tell us about your business, and the content of your message. We use this to reply and arrange a demo or quote. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or taking steps towards a contract at your request.
- When you visit the site: our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, including your IP address, browser type and the pages you requested. These help keep the site secure and working, which is our legitimate interest.
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
Who we share it with
We use providers for website hosting and email, who handle data on our behalf. We don't sell your personal data. We may disclose it if the law requires us to.
Transfers outside the UK
If one of our providers handles personal data outside the UK, we make sure a lawful safeguard is in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the ICO's international data transfer agreement. You can ask us for details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case our business records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, and to ask us to correct it, delete it or restrict how we use it. You can also object to our use of it, and in some cases ask us to transfer it. Email contact@rawden.tech to make a request.
Complaints
Please tell us first if you're unhappy, so we can try to put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Our clients' customers
If we handle your email because you've contacted a business that uses Email Autopilot, that business is the controller of your data and we act on its instructions. Please see its privacy notice, or contact it directly.
